Having scoured the internet and other resources to no avail, this film likely is something that was not widely distributed and is now a piece of lost media. However, based upon the context given by Edith, we can assume the power plant the film surronded was either Three Mile Island Nuclear Generating Station, Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, or the newly begun being constructed Susquehanna Steam Electric Station. All of these facilities sit upon the Susquehanna River.
